In the fast stacking door, the strap is the core functional component, and its role is mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. Power transmission and curtain lifting
At the heart of the power transmission is the harness, which is made of high-strength nylon, polyester or polyester fiber, which is linked to the motor system to transmit power to the door curtain. The curtain is quickly lifted and lowered vertically by the traction of the harness, allowing for stacking and significantly reducing headspace. Compared with the traditional roller shutter door, the strap design avoids the wear and deformation caused by repeated curling of the door curtain, and is suitable for large-span openings (such as logistics passages, underground garages, etc.), with a maximum size of 12m×12m.
2. The core support of wind resistance
The strap works in tandem with built-in or external transverse wind rods (such as aluminum alloy pipes, steel pipes) to form a mesh support structure that evenly distributes the air pressure to the entire curtain area. Through the design of anti-wind poles connected in sections, the door body can resist strong winds of level 8-12 (about 20-35m/s), which significantly reduces the risk of swing and force deformation of the door curtain. For example, the external aluminum alloy wind resistance rod is designed to be snap-in, which not only enhances the wind resistance, but also facilitates segmented maintenance.
3. Abrasion resistance and long life
The strap material has high abrasion resistance and tear resistance, such as the dynamic tensile strength of nylon material can reach 5700N/5cm, and has been tested for 300,000 runs without obvious wear. It is weather-resistant in the extreme temperature range from -30°C to 70°C, resistant to UV aging, and suitable for high-frequency use scenarios (such as thousands of openings and closings per day in logistics warehouses).
4. Modular maintenance and convenience
The strap supports a segmented replacement design, eliminating the need to remove the curtain entirely. For example, the plug-in curtain construction allows for the replacement of individual pieces of fabric, which, in combination with the removal of the external wind bar, significantly reduces maintenance costs. In addition, the surface of the strap is smooth and resistant to dust accumulation, and it can be cleaned with the guide rail to extend the service life.
5. Safety and operational stability
The strap is matched with components such as guide strips and nylon wheels to ensure that the door curtain is raised vertically without offset and reduces mechanical impact. Some models are controlled by servo motor or inverter to achieve soft start and slow stop functions, combined with infrared photoelectric protection, pressure airbags and other safety devices to prevent pinch accidents. In the event of a power failure, the strap system can be operated by the hand joystick to ensure the opening and closing of the door in case of emergency
