The upper hanging door, also known as the "upper hanging folding door", is an important product in its industrial door series, which is mainly divided into two categories: aluminum alloy upper hanging folding door and steel upper hanging folding door. 1. Product structure and working principle
(1). Suspended track design: the door body is suspended by the top track system, and the door panel is lifted up along the track and folded horizontally when opened, and the vertical lifting height can reach 1/3 of the height of the door opening, which greatly saves the space above the door opening and avoids occupying the indoor net height
(2). Material and strength:
Aluminum alloy profile: lightweight, corrosion-resistant, suitable for high-frequency switching environment.
Steel door panel: filled with polyurethane foam material, taking into account thermal insulation and impact resistance, and the wind pressure resistance level can reach more than 12
(3). Folding modular structure: the door panels are connected by hinges, and are compactly stacked after folding, which is suitable for wide door openings (the maximum width can reach more than 20 meters)
2. Core technical advantages
(1). High space utilization: Compared with traditional swing doors or sliding doors, there is no need for lateral space, which is especially suitable for industrial scenarios with narrow passages or dense equipment
(2). Wind resistance and sealing performance:
The edge of the door panel is equipped with an EPDM sealing strip with IP54 dust and water resistance.
The bottom can be equipped with an airtight design to enhance the airtightness, which is suitable for cold storage and clean workshop
(3). Intelligent control system:
Standard bounce in case of resistance, pry door alarm, manual/electric switching function, support remote control and linkage security system
The motor adopts Australian technology, the operating noise is less than 65dB, and the switching speed is up to 0.6-1.2 m/s
