1. Core structure
Conductor layer: Multi-strand tinned copper core wire is used, which is electrically stable and oxidation resistant
PTC core tape: It is composed of polymer conductive carbon particles, and the resistivity increases with the increase of temperature, so as to realize automatic power adjustment
Insulation: Modified polyolefin or fluorine-containing material, flame retardant, high temperature resistance up to 135°C and insulation properties
Shielding layer: tinned copper wire braided shielding mesh, covering ≥ 80% density, enhancing mechanical protection and anti-electromagnetic interference ability
Outer sheath: Flame retardant polyolefin or fluoroplastic, suitable for corrosive environments, IP67 degree of protection
